Reiki 1 is where the journey begins
Not by learning to fi x others, but by learning to meet yourself.
Over two experiential days, you’ll receive your fi rst Reiki attunement and learn foundational practices for self-healing. This level focuses on calming the nervous system, cultivating inner peace, and awakening the freedom that arises when you no longer seek external control.
You’ll begin to understand how energy responds to awareness, and how presence itself can bring balance. The practices are simple yet profound — offering tools you can use daily to stay centred, clear, and connected.
You’ll explore:
● Understanding and sensing energy flow within your body
● Grounding, protection, and self-care techniques
● Working with Reiki for emotional and physical wellbeing
● Simple daily practices to regulate energy and calm anxiety
● Developing trust in intuition and self-healing
This training is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember the peace that lives beneath the noise. As you reconnect with your energy, you’ll naturally begin to notice greater ease in your relationships, your health, and your sense of purpose.
Simone guides this process with care and depth, offering mentorship that supports not just technique but transformation.
