Reiki 1 is where the journey begins
Reiki 1 is the first step in learning to live in relationship with the energy of life — beginning with your own body, nervous system, and inner world.
This training is not about performance, healing others, or “doing it right”.
It is about learning how to listen, settle, and trust what is already present within you.
Many people arrive at Reiki 1 feeling tired, overwhelmed, or quietly disconnected — even if their life looks fine on the outside. This training offers a grounded, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.
What this training offers
During this two-day in-person immersion, you will:
- Learn the foundations of Reiki in a calm, grounded way
- Receive your Reiki 1 attunement
- Develop a daily self-Reiki practice
- Learn how to calm the nervous system and regulate energy
- Build confidence in listening to your body’s signals
- Experience Reiki as a lived, embodied practice — not a belief system
This level is inward-facing. Everything begins with self-awareness and presence.
